What's the difference between Comprehensive and Drive Less Pay Less car insurance?
Drive Less Pay Less is comprehensive cover at a discounted premium, that allows you to pay for the kilometres you plan to drive. So, if you're an eligible driver and you don't drive all the time, this could be the cover for you.
At the beginning of your Drive Less Pay Less policy you will be required to nominate a 'start odometer reading' and how many kilometres you plan to drive during the policy period, which will determine your 'end odometer reading'. You can update your 'end odometer reading' anytime.
It's important to be aware that your premium may change if you update the 'end odometer reading' - we'll also adjust your premium accordingly. Please note if you make a claim at a time when you’re outside the 'end odometer reading' or under the 'start odometer reading' shown on your Certificate of Insurance, you will need to pay an additional Outside Odometer Reading excess of $1,000.
With Everyday Comprehensive Car Insurance you're covered for unlimited kilometres. Compare Everyday Car Insurance cover.
